PulteGroup is the nation's third-largest homebuilder and is behind Central Florida vacation-home communities including Windsor Island and Windsor Cay. Aquarama is positioned as the next large-scale chapter in that resort-rental model—giving investors the foundation for a professionally managed, high-performance vacation-rental operation.
